Qualifications

• 8–12 years’ experience in management consulting, enterprise strategy, business architecture or large-scale transformation.
• Proven experience delivering complex enterprise-wide strategic initiatives in financial services or regulated sectors.
• Influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional programmes.
• Experience designing operating models, business capabilities and strategic roadmaps.
• Strategic problem solving, hypothesis-driven analysis, commercial thinking, business case development.
• Capability modelling, future-state architecture, target operating model design, business architecture frameworks.
• AI-enabled transformation, platform modernization, intelligent automation, digital banking platforms.

Responsibilities

• Translate Digital Platforms strategy into executable business architecture, operating models and transformation initiatives.
• Solve ambiguous enterprise problems using structured consulting approaches and hypothesis-driven thinking.
• Benchmark industry trends and technologies to inform Digital Platforms evolution.
• Establish enterprise capability roadmaps supporting long-term transformation.
• Define target operating models aligning customer strategy, capabilities, platforms and technology.
• Develop business cases, commercial assessments and prioritisation frameworks.
• Support transformation programmes ensuring architecture and governance remain aligned.
• Help HSBC transition towards AI-native and Agentic Banking, shaping capabilities for AI orchestration and automation.
