Analog Devices, Inc. in Singapore seeks an experienced Digital Design Lead to head the digital IC development for optical control SoCs used in AI datacenter and cloud infrastructure.

You will own end-to-end digital design execution from architecture through tape-out and mentor a team of digital designers. Lead architecture decisions, supervise RTL designs, verification, and cross-functional work with system, analog/mixed-signal, firmware, and test teams in a fast-paced environment dedicated to

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Microelectronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in digital IC / SoC design with ownership of complex IPs or full-chip designs.
• Hands-on RTL design, digital architecture, and mixed-signal SoC integration.
• Knowledge of block- and system-level verification flows.
• Experience leading projects or engineers; able to drive execution.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead block- and chip-level digital architecture definition, RTL design and implementation.
• Drive architecture decisions balancing performance, power, area, and schedule.
• Review RTL designs, verification strategies, and design docs.
• Act as escalation point for design, integration and silicon bring-up issues.
• Own end-to-end digital design execution from architecture to tape-out.
• Define and manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Collaborate with system, analog/mixed-signal, verification, firmware and test teams.
• Mentor and grow a high-performing digital design team; foster technical excellence.
