Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore is seeking a senior leader to guide a team of Diffusion & Implant engineers, driving advanced 3D NAND process development and manufacturing readiness.

You will partner with Process Integration, Manufacturing Development, Equipment Engineering, and TD teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions, apply AI-driven optimization, and uphold safety and IP protection while delivering cost improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, hire, mentor, and develop a team of Diffusion & Implant engineers, providing regular feedback, career development.
• Own and drive DF and IMP process module development for 3D NAND nodes.
• Drive DOE-based experiments and data-driven methodologies to optimize process performance.
• Collaborate with Process Integration, Manufacturing Development, Equipment Engineering, and global TD teams.
• Lead transfer of processes to high-volume manufacturing and pilot ramp.
• Implement advanced process monitoring and control strategies.
• Identify and lead process simplification, cost reduction, and productivity initiatives.
• Partner with suppliers for next-generation solutions and qualification.
• Drive supplier execution and alignment with procurement and operations.
• Promote safety culture and compliance with policies.
• Integrate AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency and predictive modeling.
