Job summary

CMC-APAC PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore seeks a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to drive the operationalisation, security, compliance, and production readiness of the data and ML platform. You will collaborate with Data Scientists to deploy ML models, manage ML infrastructure, and ensure governance under GCC, PDPA, and privacy controls including PII redaction.

The role requires 8+ years of hands-on experience in MLOps, AWS, Databricks, and government-grade security, with strong communication to transfer

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in MLOps, DevSecOps, security engineering, cloud infrastructure, or compliance.
• Proven experience deploying and operationalising ML models in production with monitoring.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and security/compliance requirements.
• Experience deploying data platforms such as Databricks from initial implementation to monitoring.
• Experience with government/public-sector security frameworks, preferably GCC environments.
• Experience implementing data privacy controls including PII redaction/anonymisation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Operationalise and deploy ML models into production, collaborating with Data Scientists.
• Manage ML infrastructure, performance, reliability, and accuracy in production.
• Oversee data platform security, compliance, and GCC configuration.
• Implement data privacy controls including PII redaction/anonymisation.
• Establish data quality standards for completeness, accuracy, format, and latency.
• Develop automated data quality checks within data pipelines.
• Create infrastructure runbooks for deployment, config, monitoring, and incident response.
• Collaborate with internal teams to transfer MLOps, security, and data quality capabilities.
