Job summary

NEXBRIDGE RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced DevOps/Platform Engineer to design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, manage cloud infrastructure, and implement IaC for efficient deployment across dev, test and production environments.

The role requires hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform and scripting, along with strong security and incident-management skills to support mission-critical systems.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, Cloud, Infrastructure or Platform Engineering.
• Hands-on with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps).
• Experience with AWS, Azure or Government Cloud environments.
• Proficiency in Terraform, Ansible or Bicep.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, monitoring tools and scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
• Knowledge of cloud security, IAM and DevSecOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, maintain and optimise CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and release management.
• Manage cloud infrastructure, containers and environments across dev/test/prod.
• Implement IaC, scripting and automation to improve efficiency.
• Monitor performance, availability, reliability; troubleshoot incidents and perform RCAs.
• Support security compliance, vulnerability remediation and access controls.
• Handle production support, DR, incident management and infra changes.
• Collaborate with developers and architects to ensure platform stability and improvement.
• Maintain documentation, deployment guides and runbooks.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, maintain and optimise CI/CD pipelines for automated application deployment and release management.
• Manage cloud infrastructure, containers and environments across development, testing and production.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC), scripting and automation to improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor system performance, availability and reliability; troubleshoot incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Support security compliance, vulnerability remediation, certificate renewal, secrets management and access controls.
• Handle production support, disaster recovery, incident management and infrastructure changes.
• Collaborate with developers, technical leads and solution architects to ensure platform stability and continuous improvement.
• Maintain technical documentation, deployment guides and operational runbooks.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, Cloud, Infrastructure or Platform Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure or Government Commercial Cloud.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible or Bicep.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, monitoring tools (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) and scripting using Python, Bash or PowerShell.
• Knowledge of cloud security, vulnerability management, IAM and DevSecOps practices.
• Strong troubleshooting, incident management and stakeholder communication skills
• Experience supporting government, MINDEF/SAF, GovTech or other regulated environments.
• Experience with mission-critical, high-availability systems and restricted networks.
• Familiarity with security automation and DevSecOps pipelines.
