Percept Solutions Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a skilled DevOps/CI-CD and observability engineer to join our expanding team.

You will integrate monitoring tools, coordinate with DevOps, and help govern and secure deployment pipelines across infrastructure and applications. You will design AI-assisted automation for daily operations, implement governance checks, and optimize performance and scalability of services.

Qualificações

• Strong understanding of CI/CD tools and pipelines; experience with infrastructure as code.
• Experience implementing governance, policy checks, and auditing in CI/CD.
• Familiarity with applying AI techniques to CI/CD workflows is a strong plus.
• Experience with observability tools for monitoring performance and enforcing SLOs.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, Node.js, or equivalent.
• Experience with building and deploying applications as containers using Docker.
• Experience with databases and distributed backend frameworks.
• Ability to integrate API gateways, microservices, messaging, security, logging.

Responsibilities:

• Integrate observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry) to monitor pipeline health, API gateway performance, and governance metrics.
• Work closely with DevOps and infrastructure teams to integrate the pipeline with version control, deployment workflows, and compliance checkpoints.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system integrations and interfaces.
• Continuously improve integration performance and scalability.
• Design and build an AI-powered CI/CD pipeline to automate daily operations and governance tasks related to integration and deployment of infra services, server applications, including testing, deployment, policy enforcement, and monitoring.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of CI/CD tools and pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, ArgoCD), with experience integrating them with infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
• Experience with implementing governance, policy checks, and auditing mechanisms in CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with applying AI techniques to CI/CD workflows (e.g., test automation, anomaly detection, release risk prediction) is a strong plus.
• Experience with observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry) for monitoring performance and enforcing SLOs.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, Node.js, or equivalent
• Experience with building and deploying applications as containers using Docker.
• Experience with RDBMS, NoSQL, NodeJS, distributed computing and backend frameworks with expertise in at least one of them.
• Experience with integrating digital platform services such as API gateways, microservices management, messaging middleware, security, identity, monitoring and logging.
• Good understanding of API lifecycle management and API governance best practices.
• Analytical thinker with a focus on scalable, efficient backend solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach.
• Effective communicator and team player with the ability to work independently when necessary.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities effectively.
• Preferably 4-6 years of relevant working experience.
