Job summary

TRON DAO is seeking a skilled DevOps/SRE/Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to design, deploy, and scale high-availability infrastructure for its next-gen platforms in Singapore. You will implement auto-scaling AWS services and multi-tenant Kubernetes, emphasizing reliability and cost efficiency.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Cloud/DevOps/SRE with Linux, AWS, and EKS, plus IaC and CI/CD experience. Hybrid work and cross-border collaboration across fintech and tech teams are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Cloud/DevOps/SRE experience with Linux administration.
• Hands-on with AWS core services (EC2, S3, RDS) and Kubernetes (EKS).
• Proficient with IaC tools (Terraform/CloudFormation) and modern CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage secure, auto-scaling AWS infra and multi-tenant Kubernetes (EKS).
• Build and optimize zero-downtime deployment pipelines using IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation).
• Establish proactive monitoring, logging, and alerting (Prometheus/Grafana/ELK/CloudWatch).
• Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and cloud cost optimization.

About Us & The Role

We are looking for a talented DevOps / SRE / Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to build and scale high-availability infrastructure for our next-generation platforms.

No prior Blockchain/Web3 experience? No problem! If you have a solid foundation in AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), and CI/CD automation in high-concurrency environments (Fintech, E-commerce, Gaming, or Big Tech), your skills are 100% transferrable.

What You’ll Do

• Cloud & Platform Architecture: Design, deploy, and manage secure, auto-scaling AWS infrastructure and multi-tenant Kubernetes (EKS) platforms.
• CI/CD & Automation: Build and optimize zero-downtime deployment pipelines using Infrastructure as Code (IaC/Terraform).
• Observability & SRE: Establish proactive monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (Prometheus/Grafana/ELK) to ensure 99.99% system availability.
• Performance & Cost: Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and cloud cost optimization.

What We’re Looking For (Must-Haves)

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in Cloud/DevOps/SRE engineering, with a strong background in Linux system administration.
• Cloud & Containers: Hands‑on experience with AWS core services (EC2, S3, RDS) and container orchestration using Kubernetes (EKS).
• Infrastructure as Code: Proficiency with IaC tools (Terraform/CloudFormation) and modern CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins).
• Observability: Familiarity with monitoring & logging stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or CloudWatch).

Nice-to-Haves (Bonus Points)

• Hands‑on experience with core middleware: Nginx, Redis, or MySQL.
• Experience handling high-concurrency, distributed systems in Fintech, E-commerce, or Trading environments.
• Bilingual capability in English and Mandarin (to liaise with regional teams and cross-border partners).
