Job summary

Enterprise Singapore's Digital Industry Singapore (DISG) team is seeking a results-driven professional to manage technology company accounts and advance Singapore's quantum sector. What the role is

You will be part of Enterprise Singapore's team in the Digital Industry Singapore (DISG), the joint office of Enterprise Singapore, EDB and IMDA. DISG spearheads the development of Singapore's digital economy by partnering technology companies to create competitive products and services from Singapore for regional and global markets.

This role combines company account management with quantum sector development, spanning programme delivery, ecosystem building and enterprise development.

What you will be working on

This portfolio plays a key part in driving the growth of Singapore's digital industry, with a focus on high-growth technology companies and the development of Singapore's quantum ecosystem.

• 1. Account Development and ManagementDevelop and manage a portfolio of high-growth technology companies, including high-potential quantum start‑ups, supporting their innovation, commercialisation, internationalisation and sustainable growth from Singapore as their single point of contact.Engage founders, C-suite leaders and management teams to understand their growth plans and identify relevant partnerships, pilots, customers, investors and government support.Coordinate across DISG, government agencies, research and venture‑building partners and industry stakeholders to deliver company-level projects and unlock market opportunities.
• 2. Digital Industry Sector DevelopmentDevelop and deliver initiatives that strengthen Singapore's digital industry, working across DISG and with government agencies, trade associations and industry partners.Provide industry input into programmes and policies, and work with Enterprise Singapore's Global Markets teams to develop overseas opportunities for Singapore‑based companies.
• 3. Quantum Sector DevelopmentBuild end‑user enterprise quantum readiness by raising awareness, facilitating training, translating industry problem statements into experimentation opportunities, and enabling pilots or proofs of concept.Strengthen companies in critical infrastructure and other relevant sectors with knowledge of quantum communication and quantum‑safe applications.Develop ecosystem partnerships with stakeholders such as government agencies, institutes of higher learning, venture capital firms, trade associations, Quantum Association Singapore and international partners to enable local quantum companies' access to resources and market opportunities for growth.Work closely with MDDI and other government agencies to support the roll‑out of National Quantum Strategy 2027 initiatives, including efforts to strengthen the Singapore quantum ecosystem and develop a physical quantum hub

What we are looking for

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the technology industry, with a background in account or business development, investment, programme management, management consulting or deep‑tech commercialisation. Equivalent experience will be considered.
• Experience or demonstrated knowledge in quantum technologies will be advantageous.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder‑management and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior business leaders, founders, researchers, investors and government partners.
• Ability to understand company and sector needs, assess technologies and solutions, and translate them into commercial opportunities, partnerships and practical interventions.
• A proactive team player who can manage multiple priorities and is motivated to contribute to building Singapore's technology industry.
