Job summary

GovTech in Singapore is seeking a Senior Designer to help the Judiciary make the justice system easier to understand, navigate and participate in—while upholding legal safeguards and high standards of accessibility. Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product design, service design, systems design or a related field, with significant experience leading complex products, services or systems.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating research, synthesis, interaction design, prototyping and delivery.
• Experience designing complex workflows, professional users or high-stakes environments.
• Strong systems-thinking ability and experience connecting user needs with organisational, operational and technology considerations.

Responsibilities

• You will research how people and professionals experience the justice system, identifying barriers, pain points and opportunities across services, processes and organisational boundaries.
• You will use research, workshops and prototyping to turn complex problems into clear opportunities and practical solutions.
• You will work with judicial, legal, policy, operational and technology stakeholders to shape how justice services should work in the future.
• You will identify whether problems are best addressed through technology, service or process redesign, information, policy or a combination of these.
