Job summary

Dragon Rouge Singapore is seeking a Senior Designer to lead concept development, craft and visual storytelling for brand identities and experiences.

You will collaborate with the Design Director, mentor junior designers, and deliver high-quality design solutions from concept through delivery, with a focus on innovation and generosity in the brand work.

• Our Senior Designers are responsible for conceptualization, craft, creation and implementation of design solutions that meet the brief, strategy and unique ideation, whilst nurturing and inspiring the next generation of design talent.
• You would also be supporting the Design Director by managing the business and overseeing the development and creative excellence throughout the design process.

The Senior Designer fills an important role in the design team to help deliver effective design solutions that will create bold ideas, generously. Overseeing all design projects, from conception to delivery. Designing original pieces, including illustrations and infographics. Reviewing junior designers' work to ensure high quality.
