Job summary

Dragon Rouge Singapore is seeking a Junior Designer to join our branding and packaging team. You will support concept-to-execution for brand identities and packaging, collaborating closely with senior designers and project managers.

You’ll contribute fresh ideas, create logos and assets, and help deliver high-quality design solutions aligned with client goals. You will gain hands-on experience across branding, packaging, and production workflows in a dynamic agency setting.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating branding and packaging design
• Experience collaborating with designers and project managers
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Willingness to learn and grow in a design-driven agency environment

Responsibilities

• Support development of brand identities and packaging from concept to execution
• Create visual assets: logos, identities, packaging, product labels, promotional materials
• Collaborate with design team to ensure cohesive brand messaging across touchpoints
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh design ideas
• Maintain organized project files and asset libraries
