Qualifikationen

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5–10 years of civil engineering/infrastructure experience, including complex rail or road or underground design projects.
• Experience in authority submissions, regulatory compliance, client coordination, and relevant codes of practice and technical specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with sound planning and organisational abilities under pressure.

Aufgaben

• Support the design and technical team in coordinating multidisciplinary design works to meet project requirements, client specifications, and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and relevant authorities to ensure design integration and compliance.
• Monitor design schedules and submission milestones for temporary and permanent works in line with the construction programme.
• Identify design optimisation opportunities to reduce construction costs.
• Provide technical solutions for complex site issues, resolve design discrepancies, and support project planning and execution.
• Guide and allocate tasks to design engineers to meet project requirements.
