Job summary

RoviSys is seeking a Senior DeltaV System Programmer to design and implement control strategies at a pharmaceutical client site. You will work with engineers to develop DCS architecture, batch processes, and GMP-compliant wiring drawings.

The role requires hands-on DeltaV experience, familiarity with S88 batch standards, and the ability to operate with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. Travel and site commissioning may be involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in a similar role, ideally in the Pharmaceutical industry.
• Hands-on experience with Emerson DeltaV DCS platform.
• Understanding of Batch S88 standards (CM, EM, Phases, Recipes, Units).
• Understanding of automation hardware and networking technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement DCS control strategies to improve efficiency, product quality, and profitability.
• Collaborate with engineers to develop system architecture, Design Specification, and control libraries.
• Test, commission on-site, and qualification of control systems.
• Develop Life Cycle documents, electrical panels, control architecture and wiring drawings per GMP standards.
• Provide day-to-day support for manufacturing operations and automation systems.
