Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or equivalent.
• 6+ years of experience in compliance, public accounting, audit, or risk.
• 3–5 years in the construction industry (E/P/C) and familiarity with FCPA/UKBA.
• Must pass Microsoft Cloud background check.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement compliance controls across procurement, supply chain, and third-party operations.
• Conduct onsite assessments and review third-party due diligence reports.
• Develop documented processes and facilitate compliance training.
• Advise operations and engineering teams to ensure proactive risk management.
