Job summary

Microsoft is seeking a Campus Contracts Manager to lead sourcing and contracting for Singapore datacenter projects. You will drive multi-year procurement strategies, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier performance, ensuring compliance and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Management, Supply Chain or related field.
• 10+ years experience in Construction Project Management, Supply Chain and Operations.
• Strong commercial understanding and experience negotiating with General Civil Contractor/Trade Contractor.
• Knowledge of data center industry or mission critical experience; ability to collaborate with project teams and develop contracting approaches.

Responsibilities

• Creates multi-year sourcing strategy for complex data center projects and purchasing opportunities to ensure cost optimization and continuity of supply.
• Drives market intelligence, benchmarks, and cross-functional collaboration to inform strategy and procurement decisions.
• Leads contract and price negotiations and ensures alignment with cross-functional engagements.
• Ensures policy compliance, educates stakeholders, and drives remediation of sourcing issues across regions.
• Executes contracts and manages procurement processes to deliver on business requirements.
• Manages supplier activity and performance, and trains external stakeholders to improve supplier performance.
