Job summary

EY is seeking a Data Engineer in Singapore to join EY AI & Data. You will work on data platforms, build scalable pipelines and deploy solutions across cloud environments, including Databricks on Azure, AWS or GCP.

A strong background in Python, Spark, and Scala is essential, along with data modelling expertise. You’ll collaborate with architects, project managers and analysts to translate business needs into technical designs and actionable analytics, driving AI-enabled data solutions across the

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS, Math, Engineering or related field.
Databricks certifications and cloud data engineering certifications.
At least 4 years of experience with data platforms across SDLC.
Minimum 2 years designing data pipelines on Databricks across Azure/AWS/GCP.
Proficiency in Python, Spark, Scala and related tooling.

Responsibilities

Design scalable, high-performance data pipelines with resilience built-in.
Code complex requirements for large data platforms and deliver high-quality deployments.
Deploy projects on public clouds and secure environments.
Integrate with data governance tools across cloud ecosystems.
Translate business requirements into designs for objectives and outcomes.
