Job summary

ESGpedia, Asia's leading ESG data and technology company headquartered in Singapore, seeks a Data and AI Engineer to own data pipelines, analytics and AI features from data collection to dashboards and product-ready AI solutions.

You will work with Databricks, PySpark and various databases to deliver scalable data products, validate data quality, and support clients across ESG initiatives in APAC. A strong background in Python/SQL and BI dashboards is required.

Qualifications

• Three+ years delivering data pipelines or data-driven applications.
• Bachelor's or master's in CS/Data Science/Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong Python and SQL with ability to read and troubleshoot code.
• Experience with data cleaning, validation and modeling; familiar with relational or NoSQL DBs.
• Experience with production pipelines, dashboards, testing, CI/CD and access controls.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration in a startup context.

Responsibilities

• Build real-time data pipelines and streaming/integration processes with validation and monitoring.
• Deliver customer analytics and KPI dashboards with stakeholders.
• Lead AI product development from feasibility to production features.
• Collect and prepare trusted data from databases, APIs, files and public sources.
• Design reusable data models and self-service analytics templates.
• Maintain service quality and client continuity with incident resolution and optimization.
• Own delivery, document procedures and provide client demonstrations.
