Job summary

User experience researchers pte. ltd. seeks an AI software engineer to work with product owners and engineering teams through the full product lifecycle. You will assess AI technologies for production deployment and develop microservice-based components, with emphasis on transparency, scalability, and security.

Proficiency in Python/C++, deep learning frameworks, and 3D geometry is required, along with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Position based in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Background in engineering, computer engineering, computer science, mathematics, statistics or equivalent.
• Strong technical knowledge in AI.
• Good understanding of the latest AI research and technologies for production deployment.
• Strong coding experience in Python and/or C++.
• Experience with data manipulation, visualization, machine learning and reporting libraries.
• Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Torch).
• Extensive experience with OpenAI and Claude code-based prompt engineering.
• Hands-on experience deploying AI Agents, RAG and vector/graph databases.
• Strong understanding of 3D geometry, vector math, and coordinate systems.
• Experience with mesh manipulation, Boolean operations, and geometric transformations.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling/CAD software or libraries (e.g., Blender, Rivet; OpenGL, CGAL, Three.js).
• Team player with cross-functional collaboration and strong communication/presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with product owners, engineering, and industry partners across the product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life.
• Technically assess AI research, technologies and trends applicable to the industry.
• Develop and deploy software components based on microservices architecture.
• Participate in agile secure software development with proper documentation of requirements and code.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with product owners, engineering teams, and industry partners throughout the product development
  lifecycle from concept, design, prototyping, acceptance testing, data curation, delivery, operationalization,
  industry proliferation, to product end-of-life
• Technical assessment on the maturity, viability, and suitability of AI research, technologies and trends that are
  relevant to the industry
• Develop and deploy software components based on microservices-based architecture
• Participate in agile secure software development processes and best practices, documentation of user
  requirements and software codes during the software development lifecycle
• Propose, implement, and validate algorithms, ensuring functional and non-functional requirements such as
  transparency, fairness, scalability, security, integration complexity and operational costs
