Qualifications

• 5+ years of Data Modeling experience in Banking or Financial Services.
• Strong understanding of Managerial Accounting, including Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Chart of Accounts, Budgeting, Forecasting, P&L, Variance Analysis, and Cost Allocation.
• Hands-on experience with ER Modeling, Dimensional Modeling (Star/Snowflake), and Data Warehouse design.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with ETL/ELT processes.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, or similar modern data platforms is preferred.
• Knowledge of Data Governance, Metadata Management, and Data Quality frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
• Develop data models supporting Managerial Accounting, FP&A, and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with Finance, Business, and Data Engineering teams to define data requirements.
• Ensure data quality, governance, lineage, and metadata standards.
• Support data warehouse, ETL/ELT, and analytics initiatives.
• Optimize data models for reporting and performance.
