Job summary

ABeam Consulting in Singapore seeks a Project Manager to lead data analysis projects with a hands-on approach. You will oversee end-to-end migrations, coordinate teams, and present proposals to clients, leveraging PMO or Business Analyst experience.

Banking sector familiarity and strong data governance are essential. You will define project plans, manage stakeholders, and contribute to business development efforts while ensuring regulatory compliance and data quality across CLM and eKYC

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum 10 years as a Business Analyst, preferably in data migration.
• Strong experience in banking or financial services projects.
• Solid understanding of data migration lifecycle, reconciliation, and validation.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, profiling, and reconciliation.
• Hands-on with ETL tools and test case design, SIT validation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of KYC/CLM processes and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and teams.
• Create and maintain data dictionaries, BRD/ARD, and reporting documents.
• Document data mappings, transformation logic, and master data mappings.
• Analyze source data structures, quality, and lineage for migrations.
• Define data cleansing, standardization, and enrichment rules.
• Design, prepare, and execute test cases for data migration and validation.
• Support SIT cycles, log defects, and track remediation progress.
• Ensure traceability across requirements, mappings, tests, and SIT results.
• Collaborate with business users, data architects, developers, QA, and PMO.
