Job summary

ABeam Consulting is seeking a Project Manager to lead data analysis projects and act as a hands-on Data Analyst. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, coordinate team members, develop project plans, and present proposals.

PMO/Business Analyst background is essential, with involvement in business development to drive growth. The role emphasizes data profiling, remediation, and QA, using Power BI dashboards to monitor migration progress and data quality metrics for banking/financial services

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 10+ years in data analysis roles, preferably data migration.
• Experience in banking/financial services projects.
• Proficiency in SQL for validation and analysis.
• Power BI for dashboard development and reporting.
• Knowled ge of SIT validation and data migration methodologies.
• Familiar with KYC/CLM regulatory requirements.
• Strong documentation and collaboration skills.
• Experience with ETL tools is a plus.
• Exposure to data modeling or automation scripting is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Profile source/target data to assess completeness, accuracy, consistency.
• Remediate data issues to meet quality and regulatory standards.
• Implement data quality checks and document findings for governance/audit.
• Prepare data profiling/remediation docs aligned with timelines.
• Design/prepare/execute test cases for data migration validation.
• Create/manage test data for SIT/UAT cycles.
• Perform SIT validation for end-to-end data integrity.
• Collaborate with QA to log defects and verify fixes.
• Develop/validate Power BI dashboards to monitor migration progress.
• Ensure dashboards provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Validate data mappings with analysts, data architects, and developers.
• Participate in remediation discussions with data-driven recommendations.
