ABeam Consulting (Singapore) PTE. LTD. seeks a Data Governance Expert to lead governance initiatives across data management, risk and finance. You will document KDEs, ensure data lineage and quality, and align with regulatory and project objectives in a banking context.

Role requires stakeholder management, workshop facilitation and hands-on governance tools experience, with strong English communication. Banking regulatory programs are a focus. Singapore-based role on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in Data Governance/Data Management within financial services.
• Experience in regulatory reporting, risk data or data transformation.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and align stakeholders across business and IT.
• Hands-on with data ownership, data quality, data lineage and controls.

Responsabilités

• Act as Data Governance SME, collaborating with Finance, Data Mgmt, Risk and IT.
• Drive data governance initiatives aligned with governance frameworks and regulatory needs.
• Execute KDE identification, data lineage, data quality and control implementation.
• Document KDEs, end-to-end data lineage and data flows.
• Coordinate with BCBS239 program team and stakeholders for governance alignment.
