SNAPFIND TALENT SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is recruiting a Senior Consultant/ Associate Manager, Data Governance Expert (BCBS 239) for a permanent role in banking.

You will lead governance activities, drive regulatory reporting alignment, and collaborate with Finance, Risk, IT, and data management teams. The role requires 5+ years in data governance within financial services, strong stakeholder management, and hands-on experience with KDEs, data lineage, and Collibra.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Data Governance/Data Management in financial services.
• Experience in regulatory reporting or risk data initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops and align stakeholders across business/IT.
• Hands-on with data ownership, quality, lineage, and controls.
• Experience with data governance tools (e.g., Collibra).
• Familiarity with BCBS239/RDARR or similar programs.

Responsabilités

• Act as Data Governance SME with Finance and key stakeholders.
• Drive governance initiatives aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Execute data governance activities: KDEs, data lineage, quality, controls.
• Document data aggregation processes and support tool implementations.
• Apply best practices from governance and regulatory programs.
• Define milestones, R&R, and governance structures for projects.
• Develop implementation plans aligned with the bank operating model.
• Collaborate with BCBS239 program team across workstreams.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to meet standards and reporting requirements.
