Job summary

Paradex is seeking a senior data engineer to architect and implement robust data infrastructure. You will build scalable pipelines and data models powering critical decision-making across the organization at Paradex, a fast-growing decentralized finance platform.

You will work directly with a small elite team, shaping data strategy, ensuring quality and accessibility, and driving high-impact data projects that fuel product and business insights.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in data engineering.
• Strong skills in data modeling and warehousing.
• Proficient with modern data stack (Snowflake, Airflow/DBT) and AWS.

Responsibilities

• Design & Build scalable data pipelines and data warehousing solutions.
• Optimize data infrastructure performance and implement data quality measures.
• Partner with product, engineering and GTM teams to deliver data solutions.
• Address urgent data requests with accuracy and speed.
