Paradex is seeking a data engineer to architect and implement robust data infrastructure. You will build scalable pipelines and data models powering critical decisions across the organization, ensuring data quality and accessibility.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, and GTM teams to deliver data solutions that drive strategic insights, tackling time-sensitive requests with urgency while maintaining high accuracy.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of data engineering experience.
• Strong data modeling and warehouse design skills.
• Proficiency with Snowflake, Airflow, DBT, and AWS.
• Experience with distributed systems (Kafka/Kinesis) and large-scale data workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable data pipelines, ETL processes, and warehousing solutions.
• Improve data infrastructure performance and data quality measures.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to deliver data solutions.
• Address time-sensitive data needs and provide quick analyses with accuracy.
