Keyrus is an international consulting firm that focuses on data intelligence and digital solutions. We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer Consultant to support enterprise data transformation initiatives in Singapore, developing and optimizing data pipelines and scalable data solutions for diverse clients.

You will work hands-on with Databricks, PySpark, and SQL, while ensuring governance, security, and performance across cloud architectures.

Qualifications

5–10 years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, or Data Platform delivery.
Hands-on experience with Databricks, Python (PySpark), and SQL.
Experience reviewing solution designs, data models, and enterprise-scale data pipelines.
Understanding of data governance, data quality, and cloud architecture best practices.
Ability to engage with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Review and assess data engineering deliverables, including data pipelines, data models, architecture designs, and technical documentation.
Provide independent technical validation and recommendations to ensure alignment with business and technology objectives.
Ensure data solutions comply with governance, security, scalability, and performance standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders and delivery partners to resolve technical issues and implementation challenges.
Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement across data platforms and processes.
Support project governance, acceptance reviews, and technical sign-off activities.
