Job summary
Slalom Singapore is seeking a Senior Consultant - Data Engineer to lead engineering teams and architect enterprise data, AI, and GenAI platforms. You will deliver secure, scalable cloud data solutions across major cloud providers and guide client engagements with a focus on governance, monitoring, and value delivery.
The role requires strong Python skills, 5–8+ years in data engineering, and hands-on experience building AI-enabled data platforms.
Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of experience in data engineering and modern cloud data platforms.
- Strong Python engineering skills and software fundamentals.
- Experience designing and delivering AI-enabled data solutions and GenAI pipelines.
- Experience leading technical delivery workstreams and mentoring engineers.
- Proven ability to align technical solutions with business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical delivery workstreams and guide engineering teams.
- Architect secure, scalable cloud data platforms across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Design and launch production-ready ML and GenAI data pipelines.
- Deploy AI solutions in collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure data quality, governance, monitoring, and model observability.
- Engage with clients as a trusted technical advisor on data & AI platforms.
