We are seeking a Senior Consultant – Data Engineer to lead technical delivery workstreams, mentor engineers, and work directly with client stakeholders to architect and implement scalable, AI-enabled data solutions in cloud environments.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in Data Engineering and modern cloud data platforms.
• Strong expertise across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP ecosystems.
• Extensive experience with Snowflake and Databricks.
• Strong Python engineering skills and software engineering fundamentals.
• Experience leading technical delivery workstreams and mentoring engineers.
• Experience designing and implementing AI and ML data platforms.
• Experience implementing model monitoring and observability capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to align technical solutions with business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire engineering teams while setting high technical standards. Support team growth and drive innovation.
• Design and deliver secure, scalable cloud data platforms. Architect modern data solutions for top cloud providers.
• Modernise data platforms and real-time systems using AWS, Azure, and GCP. Build and launch production-ready machine learning pipelines.
• Deploy AI solutions in collaboration with diverse teams. Develop and support enterprise GenAI and LLM-powered applications.
• Deliver innovative GenAI solutions with strong governance - robust monitoring for data and AI models. Ensure model reliability, data quality, and compliance.
• Lead client engagements, deliver impactful technical solutions, and serve as a trusted advisor.
