Job summary

Singapore Post is seeking a Retail Leasing professional to join the Retail Leasing department at SingPost Centre (SPC). You will be responsible for formulating and executing data-driven leasing strategies to maximize asset value while maintaining strong tenant relationships.

Your role includes optimizing tenancy mixes and analyzing data to ensure high-performing tenancies. You will negotiate leases and manage the entire leasing lifecycle to achieve full occupancy and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in leasing with a track record in high-volume renewals.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills for translating data into leasing strategies.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.

Responsibilities

• Drive leasing strategies to maintain full occupancy and revenue growth.
• Analyze data to optimize the tenancy mix and secure suitable tenants.
• Handle lease negotiations for new leases and renewals using financial models.
