Job summary

Anchor Search Group Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Senior Data Centre Cooling Engineer to design, optimize, and scale cooling infrastructure for high‑density AI and cloud workloads, ensuring system reliability, sustainability, and efficiency.

You will own detailed topology from heat rejection to rack level, perform CFD and energy modeling, select and size equipment, and coordinate with internal and external partners to meet performance targets and project schedules.

Qualifications

Minimum 15 years in Data Centre Detail Design with 5+ years in principal engineer/MEP manager roles.
ACMV professional engineer certificate preferred.
Experience in heat load, CFD, and energy modeling for Green Mark/Data Centre standards.

Responsibilities

Design system topology and schematics from heat rejection plant to rack-level cooling for air and liquid cooling.
Develop cooling solutions aligned with control philosophy for continuous operation.
Plan capacity with thermal buffers to meet dynamic AI workloads.
Rightsize equipment to meet peak demand with modular scalable designs.
Configure operations to optimize PUE and WUE.
Perform CFD and hydraulic calculations to comply with standards and SLAs.
Standardize build-to-suit design templates to shorten design cycles and costs.
Future-proof cooling designs to adapt to evolving workloads.
Manage concurrent and fast-track projects with internal/external partners.
