Job summary

Digital Edge DC is seeking a Senior Design Delivery Manager with a strong electrical/mechanical background to lead design and delivery for APAC data centre projects. You will drive mechanical design such as HVAC and cooling, ensure integration with full MEP design, and manage cross-functional teams and vendors.

You will oversee concept-to-IFC delivery, maintain design quality, and align with customer objectives, schedules, and standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 8 years in electrical/mechanical design and delivery; 3+ years in hyperscale or colocation data centres.
Familiar with ASHRAE/ISO standards and APAC regional codes; PE license preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead mechanical design development for HVAC, cooling, and water systems.
Oversee end-to-end design from concept to IFC with quality and schedule adherence.
Coordinate across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire, architectural, and structural teams.
Manage consultants and key vendors; drive design integration and constructability.
Conduct design reviews, risk assessments, and SOP development for operations.
Mentor junior engineers and support training as team grows.
Ensure health, safety, environment, energy, and quality policies are followed.
