Job summary

TÜV SÜD PSB PTE. LTD. seeks a Specialist, Data Analytics & Digital Solutions to own and scale its digital platforms, analytics workflows, and Azure cloud infrastructure supporting regulated lift and escalator operations.

The role drives feature roadmaps, reduces technical debt, and designs production-grade analytics pipelines. You will mentor juniors and communicate across stakeholders, ensuring secure, auditable, and compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or Engineering is mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience across data analytics, software development, digital product delivery, or related fields.
• Strong proficiency in Python for analytics, automation, and application development.
• Experience building data pipelines, dashboards, and automated reporting systems (e.g. Power BI).
• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms (e.g. Power Apps, Power Automate) for rapid app development.
• Exposure to Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects end-to-end.
• Ability to bridge technical depth with business and regulatory needs.

Responsibilities

• Act as end-to-end Product Owner and primary technical owner for TÜV SÜD’s digital platforms.
• Define and execute a product roadmap expanding features and reducing technical debt.
• Design and maintain analytics dashboards to support performance and planning.
• Build Python-based analytics pipelines for periodic and ad-hoc needs.
• Architect and develop production-grade applications using code or low-code approaches.
• Ensure scalable, secure, and auditable systems in a regulated environment.
• Manage deployments, version control, and release processes.
• Optimize Azure cloud infrastructure and monitor reliability.
• Translate complex concepts to business stakeholders and mentor juniors.
