Job summary

TÜV SÜD is seeking a seasoned Specialist, Data Analytics & Digital Solutions in Singapore to own, scale, and improve its digital platforms, analytics pipelines, and cloud infrastructure supporting regulated lift and escalator operations.

The role focuses on delivering end-to-end product ownership, designing dashboards, and evolving production-grade applications with both traditional code and low-code approaches in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ IT/ Engineering is mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience across data analytics, software development, digital product delivery, or related fields.
• Strong proficiency in Python for analytics, automation, and application development.
• Experience building data pipelines, dashboards and automated reporting systems (e.g. Power BI).
• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms (e.g. Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate) for rapid application development and workflow automation.
• Exposure to Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Act as end-to-end Product Owner and primary technical owner for TÜV SÜD’s digital platforms.
• Define and execute a product roadmap that expands feature capabilities and reduces technical debt.
• Balance short-term operational needs with long-term architectural sustainability.
• Design and maintain advanced analytics dashboards to support inspection performance and productivity tracking.
• Design and build Python-based analytics pipelines on a periodic and ad-hoc basis.
• Architect and develop production-grade applications using both code-based and low-code/no-code approaches.
