Job summary

PwC Southeast Asia Consulting is seeking a Senior Associate Data Analyst to translate business goals into data-driven strategies within healthcare environments. You will engage with stakeholders to uncover opportunities, gather requirements, and develop actionable insights.

Responsibilities include data preparation, designing solutions, and enforcing data governance while staying aligned with business objectives and regulatory considerations.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of Data Analyst experience in dealing with healthcare stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify new opportunities.
• Capture requirements, drive design thinking workshop, create documentation like functional specs and/or user guide.
• Conduct business testing and support user testing.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (SQL, Python, R) for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients and team.
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong business acumen and healthcare data trends knowledge.
• Strong leadership and proactive, self-driven attitude.
• Highly adaptable to shifting priorities.
• Past experience in Healthcare is mandatory.
