Qualifications

• Capture requirements, drive design thinking workshops, create documentation like functional specs and/or user guides.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (SQL, Python, R) for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with clients and team members.
• Past experience in Healthcare is mandatory.

About You

Required Skills and Experience

• 5 to 8 years of Data Analyst experience in dealing with healthcare stakeholders (hospital operations, corporate functions and senior leaders)
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify new opportunities
• Capture requirements, drive design thinking workshop, create documentation like functional specs and/or user guide
• Conduct business testing and support user testing
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R) for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related field
• Skilled in planning, organization, analytics, and problem-solving
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with clients and team members
• Comfortable working with statistics
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong Business acumen and understanding of healthcare industry trends and challenges in data
• Strong leadership skills and proactive and self-driven attitude
• Highly adaptable and flexible through shifting priorities
• Past experience in Healthcare is mandatory
