Job summary

Abeam Consulting is seeking an experienced data migration and analytics lead to drive data analysis, profiling, mapping, and governance for complex banking data transformation projects. You will design migration rules, validate ETL pipelines, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and governance.

With a focus on large, multinational contexts, you will help deliver accurate, auditable data migrations and reporting solutions using SQL Server and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Data Analytics or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years in Data Analysis, Data Migration or related roles.
• Strong SQL development and relational DB knowledge.
• Experience with ETL, data integration, and migration pipelines.
• Knowledge of data governance and data quality frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis and profiling of source and target systems.
• Develop source-to-target data mapping specifications and migration rules.
• Prepare functional & technical documents, data mappings, test plans and cases.
• Identify data anomalies, investigate root causes and remediation actions.
• Validate ETL processes, migration pipelines and transformation logic.
• Execute UAT, data reconciliation, and production migration validation.
• Collaborate with Business, Compliance, Operations and Tech teams; manage stakeholders.
