Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Engagement Manager at Senior Manager level to lead large-scale Data & AI transformation engagements in Singapore. You will steer multi-disciplinary teams, shape data architectures, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver practical, scalable solutions that align with client business objectives.

The role emphasizes engagement leadership, solution design across data platforms, and governance practices in government or public sector contexts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of professional experience in consulting or professional services delivering complex technology, Data & AI transformation programmes.
• Experience leading large, multi-workstream programmes with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex Data, AI and technology transformation engagements across the programme lifecycle.
• Take overall responsibility for engagement delivery, including scope, milestones and governance.
• Translate business challenges into practical Data & AI solutions and transformation roadmaps.
• Shape and architect enterprise data solutions across data platforms, architecture, engineering, integration and analytics.
• Provide technical direction and challenge solution approaches proposed by architects and data teams.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to inform decisions and align with business objectives.
• Support solutioning and proposals for Data & AI opportunities, including resource and commercial considerations.
