Qualifications

• 5 - 8 years in data analytics, AI, or consulting roles with proven strategic advisory experience.
• Strong understanding of modern data platforms and cloud ecosystems (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Experience with AI/ML and analytics capabilities and data governance & AI governance frameworks.
• Experience designing enterprise roadmaps and transformation programs.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and storytelling abilities.
• Confident engaging C-level stakeholders on strategy and technical topics.

Responsibilities

• Client Advisory & Strategy: Assess data and AI maturity and identify high-value opportunities.
• Define data and AI transformation roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Advise on data strategy, governance, operating models, and responsible AI practices.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business recommendations.
• Solution Design & Alignment: Shape end-to-end analytics and AI solutions with architects, engineers, and data scientists.
• Define reference architectures, operating models, and execution playbooks.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical design across delivery phases.
• Provide oversight during implementation to ensure value and governance adherence.
• Governance Leadership: Lead advisory on data governance, AI governance, and stewardship models.
• Promote ethical, transparent, and responsible AI adoption within client organizations.
• Thought Leadership & Evangelism: Drive thought leadership through whitepapers, presentations, and executive engagements.
• Business Development & Practice Growth: Support sales teams in shaping advisory offerings, proposals, and value propositions.
