Job summary

Slalom Singapore is seeking a Business Data Architect to partner with C-suite and cross-functional teams to shape enterprise transformation strategies anchored in Data & AI. You will bridge business vision with technical execution, designing scalable operating models that deliver measurable value, with emphasis on regulated sectors such as financial services.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in data strategy and enterprise AI programs.
• Proven track record in transformation programs.
• Exposure to regulated industries preferred.
• Strong executive stakeholder engagement and influence skills.

Responsibilities

• Define transformation strategies using Data & AI for measurable business value.
• Translate priorities into Data & AI roadmaps with KPIs, ROI, and value levers.
• Identify high-impact AI and data use cases that enhance performance, manage risk, and improve customer outcomes.
• Design and implement Data & AI operating models, including governance frameworks, stewardship, and Responsible AI.
• Lead translation of complex business problems into scalable, AI-enabled solutions across data platforms, analytics, and generative AI.
• Architect modern, cloud-native Data & AI platforms with robust governance, security, and scalability.
• Guide clients from initial experimentation to enterprise-scale AI adoption, embedding AI into core business processes.
• Establish delivery models and AI factories to industrialize and scale Data & AI use case development.
• Drive change management initiatives, including AI literacy and capability programs for business and leadership teams.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing thought leadership on AI trends, risks, and opportunities, while mentoring multidisciplinary teams
