Job summary

CAREERALLY PTE. LTD. is looking for a senior security leader to drive the architecture, implementation, operation and continuous improvement of enterprise security platforms.

You will oversee PAM, SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, NDR, DLP, WAF and vulnerability management, ensuring regulatory alignment with NIST, ISO 27001, ISMS and SOC 2. Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, network security or data security.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of enterprise security platforms and regulatory requirements (NIST, ISO 27001, ISMS, SOC 2).
• Proven track record leading security engineering/operations teams, influencing senior stakeholders and managing vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, implementation, operation and continuous improvement of enterprise security platforms (PAM, SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, NDR, DLP, WAF and vulnerability management).
• Ensure effective security controls and regulatory alignment; identify gaps and drive remediation.
• Lead the Security Engineering team, set service standards, dashboards and budgets; drive automation and AI-enabled improvements.
• Provide technical security oversight in governance forums and shape security roadmaps aligned with business needs.
