Job summary

CAREERALLY PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior security leader to own the architecture, deployment, and operation of enterprise information security platforms across PAM, SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, NDR, DLP and WAF.

You will align controls with NIST, ISO 27001, ISMS and risk frameworks while driving remediation and governance. You will lead a Security Engineering team, define standards, metrics and dashboards, manage major incidents, vendors and budgets, and push automation and AI-driven improvements to

Qualifications

• 15+ years in cybersecurity, information security, network security or data security.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of enterprise security tech and compliance standards (NIST/ISO 27001/ISMS/SOC 2).
• Proven experience leading security engineering/ops teams and cross-functional collaboration across Technology, Risk, Compliance and Legal.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, implementation, operation and continuous improvement of enterprise information security platforms and solutions, including PAM, SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, NDR, DLP, WAF and vulnerability management.
• Ensure effective implementation and monitoring of security controls in alignment with regulatory requirements, NIST, ISO 27001, ISMS and enterprise risk frameworks; identify gaps and drive remediation.
• Lead the Security Engineering team, establish service standards, metrics and dashboards, oversee major incident support, vendor management and budgets, and drive automation and AI-enabled improvements.
• Provide technical security oversight in governance forums, influence senior stakeholders on technology decisions, and develop security engineering standards, strategy and technology roadmaps aligned with business and regulatory needs.

Job Description

• Demonstrated experience leading high-performing security engineering/operations teams, influencing senior stakeholders, managing vendors and driving cross-functional initiatives across Technology, Risk, Compliance and Legal.
