Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in similar roles (Professional service consultant, Network/Security specialist, Technical Account Manager, Support/Escalation Engineer or a SOC Engineer).
• This is primarily an individual contributor role without formal people management responsibilities, but requires strong collaboration with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Be the customer's primary Go-To resource for SSE deployments.
• Deliver best practices guidance for SSE deployments.
• Exhibit excellent customer communication and problem-solving skills.
