Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in similar roles (Professional service consultant, Network/Security specialist, Technical Account Manager, Support/Escalation Engineer or a SOC Engineer).
• This is primarily an individual contributor role without formal people management responsibilities, but requires strong collaboration with colleagues.

We're looking for an experienced Consultant with technical expertise to provide guidance in our customers' zero trust journey and build our practice.

Duties and Responsibilities

Reporting to the Data Protection Competency Tower, you will:

• Be a customer's 'Go-To' resource for all matters related to their SSE deployments
• Deliver best practices guidance for managing SSE deployments
• Have outstanding customer communication and problem-solving skills
• Have experience in working with customers, demonstrating problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience for this role in similar positions (Professional service consultant, Network/Security specialist, Technical Account Manager, Support/Escalation Engineer or a SOC Engineer).
• This role is primarily an individual contributor position without managerial responsibilities. However, as an IC, you are expected to play a crucial role as a team player, collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve common goals.

Preferred Skills/Qualities

• 6+ years' experience for this role in similar positions (Professional service consultant, Network/Security specialist, Technical Account Manager)
• Hands on Experience in Network and Security solutions and customer facing/field roles
