Job summary

Ensign InfoSecurity is seeking a seasoned Solution Architect to lead strategic accounts and drive end-to-end technical solutions in cybersecurity. You will translate complex requirements into compelling technical designs and coordinate with sales and competency heads to shape our delivery strategy.

The role demands 8+ years in IT with at least 3 years in solutioning, strong communication, and deep knowledge of cyber-security, infrastructure, and cloud tech.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• CISSP, CCSP, CRTSA certifications mandatory.
• At least 8 years of IT experience, with minimum 3 years in a solutioning role.
• Knowledge of cyber-security, infrastructure, and cloud technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with final escalation authority.
• Strong presentation, communication, and written skills.
• Knowledge of sales sectors (CII, FSI, Commercial).
• Ability to translate technical information into business communications; stay updated on cybersecurity trends and practices.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Sales and Competency Heads to derive strategy to cover key accounts
• Understand key accounts environment and pain points
• Identify improvement areas in customer’s current technology stack and work with SMEs to derive applicable solutions
• Plan technology roadmap for key accounts
• Oversee all technical aspects of bids including BOM, scope of work and technical proposal
• Lead and set direction for complex projects
• Manage and lead review of requirements gathered during the phase
• Lead solution design discussions to derive best design during consultation phase
• Provide leadership in managing technical aspects of projects with control on design and risk
• Provide oversight and direction in integration between systems to deliver solution outcomes
• Decide direction of solutions based on impact analysis and experience, especially with delivery risk
• Approve all technical documentation delivered during the project
• Assist the Project Manager in stakeholder management
• Demonstrate ability to translate tech info to business terms and stay updated on cybersecurity practices and trends
