Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore is seeking a Senior/Executive Cybersecurity Engineer to drive VAPT, design Adversarial Attack Simulation, and guide secure architecture across critical digital systems. The role blends hands-on testing with capability development, AI-assisted security testing, and stakeholder engagement.

You will lead end-to-end assessments, advise project teams, and help embed secure-by-design practices while keeping governance and risk considerations at the forefront.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on VAPT, offensive security, or security consultancy experience.
• Experience with adversary emulation, red/purple teaming, and ATT&CK framework is advantageous.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and AI-assisted security testing tools is advantageous.
• Strong cloud and network security knowledge with authentication and encryption concepts.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver end-to-end VAPT across apps, infrastructure, networks, and cloud.
• Design and execute safe Adversarial Attack Simulation exercises to reveal gaps.
• Explore AI-enabled approaches for VAPT with governance and oversight.
• Advise project teams on secure architecture and risk-informed security solutions.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, vendors, and security operations for secure-by-design practices.
• Track vulnerabilities, attacker techniques, and AI threats to improve testing methods and standards.
• Translate findings into dashboards, remediation priorities, and security playbooks.
• Present complex results clearly and turn assessments into actionable recommendations.
