Job summary

The Land Transport Authority (LTA) invites applications for a Senior/Executive Engineer, Rail Cybersecurity. You will join the LTA Rail Cybersecurity team to safeguard rail systems, including critical infrastructure, through strong technical skills and up-to-date cyber practices.

Key duties include developing cybersecurity specifications, evaluating technical proposals, collaborating with stakeholders, and staying ahead of threats to improve security posture across RTS systems.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related field.
• Team player and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Good written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in cybersecurity design, networks, and OT systems preferred.
• Candidates with more experience might be considered for senior position.

Responsibilities

• Develop project specific cybersecurity specifications based on industry best practices, prevailing cybersecurity policies and standards.
• Participate in tender evaluation for technical proposals on cybersecurity and provide recommendations to the tender steering committee.
• Work closely with both external and internal stakeholders to ensure cybersecurity robustness of RTS systems throughout the system’s lifecycle.
• Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the organization's security posture.
