Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore is seeking a Lead/Principal/Senior Cyber Threat Intel Analyst to drive threat intelligence across the land transportation sector.

You will identify, track, and analyse emerging threats, develop detection logic, and coordinate with CERT, SOC, and infrastructure teams to reduce risk to critical IT/OT systems.

Responsibilities include building TI programs, threat research, IOC curation, MITRE ATT&CK mapping, and presenting executive updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security or related field.
• 8+ years in cybersecurity with 4+ years in Threat Intelligence/Advanced SOC or IR.
• Strong writing and communication skills for leadership updates.

Responsibilities

• Lead TI program development and SOP implementation.
• Research threat actors and track TTPs in APAC and ICS.
• Curate and maintain IOCs for SIEM/EDR/NTA tooling integration.
• Translate findings into detection artefacts (YARA/Sigma/Snort).
• Act as Tier-3 intelligence lead during incidents for context and pivoting.
• Monitor CVEs and provide risk-based assessments to patch teams.
• Map adversary behaviour to MITRE ATT&CK framework.
• Produce threat updates and monthly summaries for management.
