Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore is seeking a Principal / Senior / Executive Cybersecurity Engineer to lead monitoring, incident response and security operations for the transport ecosystem. You will analyse alerts, coordinate containment, develop playbooks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen cyber defenses across Land Transport systems in Singapore.

Ideal candidates bring strong analytical skills, experience in threat monitoring, and familiarity with forensics,

Qualifications

Knowledge of cybersecurity risks, controls, and threat management.
Experience in vulnerabilities assessment, penetration testing, and digital forensics.
Accreditations such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, GICSP or GCIH are advantageous.

Responsibilities

Perform monitoring and analyse security alerts from various security tools.
Lead incident response activities including containment, eradication, and recovery.
Develop and maintain incident response procedures and playbooks.
Ensure threats are detected and responded to effectively through monitoring operations.
Assist in coordinating response and investigation efforts during incidents.
Design and implement cybersecurity projects to enhance overall posture.
Gather and analyse threat information to derive relevant intel for Land Transport.
Review and improve incident response SOPs and playbooks for readiness.
Provide management updates and recommendations on monitoring effectiveness.
Experience in forensic investigations of security incidents.
