The LTA Land Transport Authority seeks a senior Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst to lead the TI function, turning threat research into actionable monitoring and detection logic for critical IT/OT systems in the land transport sector.

You will map adversary behaviours to MITRE ATT&CK, develop CTI SOPs, and coordinate with CERT during incidents, while prioritising CVEs that affect your stack. This role demands strong writing and cross‑functional collaboration.

Formación

• Open-source investigations across surface, deep, and dark web to identify threats.
• Scripting to build scrapers and SOP/TIP workflows.
• Correlation of threat intel with internal telemetry (proxy, firewall, EDR).
• Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK, Diamond Model of Intrusion Analysis, and Cyber Kill Chain.

Responsabilidades

• Lead TI function development, SOP implementation, and CTI solution deployment.
• Research threat actors and track TTPs with focus on APAC and ICS sectors.
• Curate IOCs for ingestion into SIEM/EDR networks and validate alerts.
