Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field with strong cybersecurity foundation.
Knowledge of cybersecurity controls, risk assessments, and policies (e.g. CoP for CII, IT management manual).
Ability to work across technical teams and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Govern IT/OT governance, resilience, and integrity of PUB’s systems against evolving cyber threats.
Communicate, implement, and enforce security policies and procedures per CSA and GovTech.
Promote a cyber‑vigilant culture through awareness campaigns.
Leverage automation and processes to ensure consistent policy compliance.
Advise on risk prioritisation and translate technical risks for senior management.
Develop and maintain risk management and mitigation plans for IT and OT environments.
Monitor controls and ensure documentation such as BIA, SSPs, and risk registers are current.
Support audits from planning to remediation and address root causes.
